Returns.

If you are unhappy with any purchase please return the item, in its original condition, within 7 days for a full refund. I like my customers to be happy!



Quality.

All my work is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to ensure strength and durability. With care it should last for thousands of years!



Payment.

If you are a UK customer and would prefer to pay by cheque, please email your order using the contact form.



Business hours.

I'm usually in the studio monday to Friday so expect a reply within one working day.
